Applicant schools should submit the 2025/26 Home-School Co-operation Activities Evaluation Form (with Activity Evaluation Data and Analysis Document enclosed) on or before 31 August 2026 (Monday). If applicant schools fail to return the Evaluation Form, Activity Evaluation Data and Analysis Document on time, their applications for the Home-School Co-operation Grants for the 2026/27 school year will not be considered.
